Scholarships
The CalvertHealth Foundation Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance to students who are pursuing higher education in medicine and allied health fields. The Foundation has awarded more than 510 scholarships totaling $755,000 to area students pursing higher education in medicine and allied health fields. The due date for applications is April 30. Monies are awarded in July.

E. Anne Spitzer, MD Memorial Scholarship
Applications for the E. Anne Spitzer, MD Memorial Scholarship are due by April 30 of each year. In order to apply have been admitted in to an accredited medical school at the time of application with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Applicants must have graduated from a Calvert County High School.
- Recipients are not required to repay the Foundation or accept employment.
- Applicants must reapply each year.
